We are natives of the Eugene, Springfield area, our names are Phil and Bette Hileman.  We came to live in Lakewood Park in 1988 and have not regretted one day of it.  We loved the park our first trip coming into Lakewood.  We were asked to become assistant managers in 1991, and then in 1999 we became the managers.  Our assistant managers are Richard and Jo Rodarte, and we make a great team.

All the people in the park are like a giant family, we have some of the most wonderful people you could find anywhere!

The owners of the park are Weldon and Connie Chow, the best people in the world.  They are concerned about the Residents and their happiness living in the park.  You will find Lakewood is a great place to spend your retirement years.  We have many activities for people to join in if they wish.  Come to Lakewood Park for a fun place to live!

Richard and Jo Rodarte move into Lakewood Park in 1982 from San Francisco, CA.  When visiting Jo's mother, one of Lakewood's original Residents, they were very impressed with the beauty of the Park and friendliness and caring nature of the owners and Residents.  The large indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were an added bonus.  In 1999 Richard and Jo were asked to becom assistant managers and have enjoyed a very close relationship with the Residents.  What a great place to retire!
